Meet Bethany

Passionate and focused, Bethany faithfully brings energy and strategy to the table. With 7+ years of experience in risk management at the Department of Defense and non-profits, she knows how to scale and enjoys finding the unique blend of process and tools to bring peace of mind. She hates waste and never wants to see an organization using their precious resources where they shouldn’t be.

Our Mission

At Granatum Advising, we understand there is always another fire to put out, and you rarely get a chance to focus on long-term goals. We want to change that. We give you tools to always be prepared for what’s next and have confidence in the process so you can rest easy knowing you’ve got a plan.

Preparing you for protentional issues is a top priority but creating sustainable systems to keep you staying at the top of your game is key. We focus on creating a system that works for your product, schedule, budget, and company culture. Get the tools that work for you and will keep working for years to come.

Our Story

Established in 2020 out of a vision: to help companies see disaster before it strikes. Now, a pandemic is…unlikely to say the least but what could your company have done to prepare even the slightest bit to prevent drastic and absolute measures?

We are a woman-owned small business that wants to bring peace of mind to your organization. We know the importance of metrics for your success, but we also understand that your company is made up of much more than just numbers. We take an interpersonal approach to designing a custom-fit program that fits your business’ needs including your company culture.

What good is a tool if no one wants to use it? What good is a plan if it is too confusing or doesn’t align with your ethos?

Our Founder

Her degree from UC San Diego catapulted her into the Department of Defense in 2013 where she worked as a private contractor on radio and space programs for the Navy. She created and implemented risk management tools and trained staff how to use them. She designed training materials and engaged staff on Opportunity Management, a new system designed to capitalize on creative opportunities for saving money and improving technical design. She also enjoyed coordinating, emceeing, and hosting national offsite events for bi-coastal staff.

As a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, Bethany understands the ins and out of how a company should operate and how it can optimize workflow for better communication, compliance, and efficiency.
